| Sailing Club |
| Norm Sailing Team has been founded in 2004 with the contributions of Fatih UYSAL, the vice chairman of the board of directors and started its trainings in İzmir Levent Marina with 16 people who have been working in Norm Civata. After the trainings in the Marina are completed, a boat is rented for trainings in İzmir gulf and Çeşme and they started to prepare for the races. In 2005, some trainings are held according to the agreement with National Team Sailor Selim KAKİŞ and participations to the races are started. As a result, in the races held in 2005, 2006 and 2006 in İstanbul, Bodrum, Marmaris and Göcek, some championships and rewards are received. Today, our sailing team which has still been racing in Bodrum is preparing for and joining to the races with another National Sailor, Serhat ALTAY. |

| NormCivataArtGallery has started servicing in April 2003 to serve for the artists, the ones who are working in this area by forming NormArtGallery in A.O.S.B where the industry sector of İzmir is gathered with the purpose of contributing into the policy of art and artist in our country. |
| Technical School |
| The trainings as 3-year Vocational Training Center related with National Education Ministry has started its trainings in Atatürk Organized region with 20 students and 1 class.
In the training program which will be arranged as Machine Technology Department- Mechanic, The Vocational Training Center will give the compulsory lessons in the vocational schools in 1 day and other 4 days it will organize practical training lessons in the decided firms and Norm Civata A: Ş company in Atatürk Organized Region.
